And I think they do their duty really well, even there are lots of bad people around this world still, PayPal "Resolution Center" is useful for opening any cases.  

-Check  if  there is any bank in your own country who has "cyber banking" / "e web shopping" / "e-webcard" or "ATM Debit card" services or not  (depends on what they gonna call these kind)?

5. "My account" ==> "Profile" ==> "Add/Edit Your Bank Account"  (This is where you put your domestic bank account to allow PayPal to transfer your money into)
